This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus or tuition repayment of up to $20,000 - ask for details Priority will be given to candidates who have completed the RNFA program and experienced in the RNFA role -Graduate of an approved school of nursing -Current licensure as professional registered nurse in Missouri (Graduate nurse must obtain licensure within 3 months of graduation) -Maintains basic life support validation ACLS -Successful implementation of nursing knowledge/process -Demonstrates skill in scrub and circulating roles -Certified in peri-operative nursing (CNOR) -Demonstrates knowledge of surgical anatomy, physiology, and operative technique related to first assisting -Successful completion of educational preparation specific for RNFA and a supervised clinical component -Credentialed as per hospital requirements -Provide services within scope of practice -Computer skills and communication -If working as Patient Sitter, BLS and first aid are required
