Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse specializing in Orthopedics & Neurology, full-time night shifts (7 pm 7:30 am), Monday Friday with alternate weekends.

•  Uses clinical judgment and nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care, focusing on outcomes, safety, and patient rights.

•  Plans and implements care aligned with guidelines, educating patients and families, and coordinating discharges.

•  Performs assessments, administers medications, manages IVs, and responds to acute changes or emergencies.

•  Ensures documentation, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and supports quality improvement initiatives.

•  Fosters a safe, respectful environment, communicates effectively, and mentors new staff.

•  Requires RN licensure, BLS certification within 3 months, and graduate from an approved nursing program.
Maintains professional standards in a dynamic healthcare setting.
