Located in the picturesque and historic area of South Lanarkshire, our luxury 75-bed care home provides residential, dementia, nursing, and respite care in a warm and welcoming environment.
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team, providing expert clinical care while creating a supportive and vibrant community for our residents.

What You'll Do
- Deliver Exceptional Care - Provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents' health and wellbeing
- Create Personalised Care Plans - Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to tailor care to individual needs
- Lead & Motivate Your Team - Organise shift handovers, mentor care staff, and ensure seamless care delivery
- Medication Management - Administer and monitor medications, maintaining accurate records
- Health Monitoring - Carry out routine observations and respond to changing health conditions
- Champion Dignity & Respect - Ensure residents receive person-centred care in a supportive environment
- Emergency Response - Act swiftly in urgent situations, ensuring safety and effective care
What We're Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Passion for Elderly Care - A dedication to enhancing the lives of residents
- Strong Leadership & Communication Skills - Ability to mentor and support care teams
- Empathy & Commitment - A patient, understanding approach to care
