We are seeking a Full-Time RN Charge Nurse for the overnight shift (6p-6:30a) with every other weekend and holiday rotation. A $5/hour overnight and $2/hour weekend shift differential is offered. The ideal candidate must have an active ND RN license or be able to obtain it upon hire, with preferred experience in Long Term Care.
Essential duties include:
Assessing residents' needs and health status. Administering medications and treatments. Updating and managing care plans. Documenting in electronic medical records. Training new nursing staff. Ensuring adequate staffing and monitoring subordinate staff. Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers. Reporting incidents of abuse or neglect.
