REGISTERED NURSE (RN) / ASSOC NURSE MGR / MIXED ACUITY

The Associate Nurse Manager (ANM) in PCU2 is a full-time leadership role supporting inpatient nursing care.

•  Accountable for delivering high-quality patient care, supervising staff, and fostering an inclusive, culturally competent environment.

•  Collaborates with the Nurse Manager to implement strategic goals, drive quality improvement, and enhance patient experience.

•  Ensures adequate staffing, manages resources, and supports staff development through coaching and mentoring.

•  Requires a BSN (or enrolled within 6 months), valid Ohio RN license, BLS, and minimum 2 years hospital RN experience.

•  Must demonstrate strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

•  Preferred certifications and leadership experience are a plus.
