Registered Nurse

The RN provides comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care in an acute setting, focusing on safety, compassion, and patient-centered strategies across the lifespan.
•  Must be licensed in the state, with a BSN preferred, and hold BLS certification; ACLS is unit-dependent.
•  Minimum one year of experience or transition from the NLRN Program is required, with unit-specific educational standards.
•  Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; advocating for patient rights; fostering learning for patients, families, and staff; ensuring safety and quality; and engaging in ongoing professional development.
•  Demonstrates leadership, collaborates with the healthcare team, and participates in educational initiatives.
•  Proficiency in IT, critical judgment, and interpersonal skills are essential. Pay ranges from $37.50 to $53.06/hour, with benefits including health coverage, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and bonuses.
