Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse leads holistic, resident-centered care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and JCAHO standards.
•   Assesses residents regularly to identify needs and changes in condition.
•   Incorporates resident preferences into care plans and supervises interdisciplinary team efforts.
•  Delegates tasks based on licensure and expertise, ensuring quality care delivery.
•   Evaluates outcomes, adjusts care plans accordingly, and documents care accurately.
•   Counsels staff on performance issues and participates in direct care activities.
•   Must hold an active RN license in Massachusetts, CPR and IV certification, with knowledge of nursing standards and regulations.
•   Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
