RN Qualifications:
Active RN license
Nursing degree from an accredited program
Current BLS certification
EHR proficiency
Competent in patient assessment and wound care
Familiar with infection control practices
Skilled in medication management
RN Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to residents, ensuring their well-being.
Administer medications accurately and safely.
Conduct health assessments and monitor vital signs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Perform wound assessments and treatments.
Provide health education and support to residents and families
