As a Registered Nurse in our newly renovated and expanded Emergency Department (ED), you'll be part of a highly collaborative, supportive team that cares for approximately 34,000 patients each year, including patients with higher acuity than typically seen in community hospitals - all within a space designed with nurses in mind.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered nursing care to a diverse population, from pediatrics to older adults.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, using clinical expertise and compassion.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely, and effective care.
  • Serve as an advocate and educator for patients and families, helping them understand their care and available community resources.
  • Support and mentor new team members and students, contributing to a strong learning environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain required competencies and certifications.
