Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:

You're a compassionate and motivated new graduate RN eager to develop your clinical skills and provide high-quality patient care.

Education, Licensures & Certifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
  • Active or pending RN license in Illinois
  • BLS certification required
Experience:
  • New graduate RNs encouraged to apply (no experience required)
  • Strong interest in evidence-based practice and continuous learning
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented patient-centered environment

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care across various hospital units.
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications and document care accurately.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort and satisfaction throughout the care process.
  • Collaborate with nursing leaders, educators and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in professional development, mentorship programs and ongoing learning opportunities.
