Heritage House Buckley, our beautiful Assisted Living & Memory Care community located in Buckley, WA has an opening for a Registered Nurse. This role is Part-Time and would primarily focus on performing nurse delegation for the community. Responsibilities:

Coordinate and provide nursing care and services including:

Complete resident health assessments
Monitoring of resident overall health
Communication with physicians and outside providers
Investigation of injuries involving residents or staff
Tracking and auditing of medication and treatment orders
Part of service planning team
Coordination of resident care
Participate in care conferences
Participate and direct quality assurance investigations
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in in-service presentations and staff meetings
Communicate with state and assist in surveys
Help foster a positive team attitude in the community
AND anything that helps staff coordinate consistent, quality care and service in the facility. Other items as requested by the Administrator and/or anything else that is needed to keep the facility operating smoothly.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Degree in Nursing and a current state license
Understanding of state and federal regulations
Good computer skills
Ability to lift, push or pull 30 pounds, up to 30 times per shift
Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
Commitment to the safe practices, infection control, residents' rights
Strong communication skills with residents and families
