We are seeking a compassionate and highly experienced Registered Nurse who is currently working in a traditional hospital setting and is looking to transition to a less stressful, more rewarding environment. Start part-time with us while continuing your hospital role, and gradually move to a full-time position as we expand our business hours. Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Patient Care:
- Administer preventative health services, including medical diagnostic investigations and vaccinations.
- Prepare and administer IV and IM therapies with precision and safety.
- Perform vascular access/cannulation and execute phlebotomy.
- Provide personalized patient care, ensuring memorable client experiences.
- Health Education:
- Educate patients on preventative health and wellness solutions.
- Empower patients to make informed decisions about their health optimization.
- Clinical Competence:
- Demonstrate expertise in IV medication/infusion mixing and IM injections.
- Adhere to health and safety policies, including infection control.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in preventative health and IV therapy.
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and data protection.
- Professional Development:
- Participate in continuing education to maintain RN licensure.
- Attend training courses and engage with our academy for ongoing growth.
- Safety and Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensure clinic security and cleanliness.
- Oversee setup and maintenance of state-of-the-art equipment.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work effectively with the club team, club managers, and Medical Director.
- Support the induction program for new employees.
- Financial Reporting:
- Complete financial data accurately within the EMR/POS system.
- Assist with daily reconciliation of cash and card payments.
