As a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, you'll be responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties. This includes observation, medication management, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans, providing clinical guidance to the care team, and continually delivering best practice.
You're accountable for ensuring policies and standards meet our high clinical standards and for offering clinical guidance to the entire care team. You will be crucial in assisting with all CQC tasks. Highly trusted, you'll forge genuine connections with our residents and their families, providing the kindness, support, and care they deserve.

Job responsibilities
You will help us make health happen by:
- Taking responsibility for our residents' well-being, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal training for colleagues and other care professionals
- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for each resident
- Monitoring work practices to ensure safety and compliance with relevant standards, policies, and legislation
