What You Will Do
Responsible for functioning as part of an interdisciplinary team in providing nursing services, support, and linkage to individuals and families. Oversees MAP. Performs services to Persons in need of nursing, such as medical screening and education. Assists with the development, facilitation and implementation of individualized treatment plans for Persons with chronic or serious medical problems or health and wellness goals. Performs specialized nursing duties both at the group living environment sites and in the community.
Who You Are
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Massachusetts nursing license. B.S.N. strongly preferred. Minimum of one year experience in the mental health field. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Certified MAP instructor, and First Aid and CPR trainer within 3 months of hire.
