Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery - PRN Tier Plan

This Labor and Delivery RN role requires independent practice in a similar clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, delegating tasks, and managing patient needs.

•  Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

•  Utilizes the nursing process, ensures patient safety, and promotes quality care following industry standards and regulations.

•  Requires 1+ year RN experience, BSN preferred, with certifications in BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring (or equivalent).

•  Schedule is flexible, per diem, with tiered pay based on shifts, plus shift differentials.
