Registered Nurse, Acute Trauma MedSurg - PRN Tier Plan

This PRN RN position offers a flexible schedule with a Tier Plan pay system ranging from $40 to $50/hr based on shifts completed within a 6-week cycle, plus shift differentials for nights and weekends.

•  The role is in a 40-bed Acute Trauma Medical Surgical unit caring for monitored, post-op, and trauma patients, especially bariatric surgery cases.

•  The team includes nursing staff, mobility techs, and a wound care nurse, providing comprehensive patient care.

•  Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervising ancillary staff, adhering to professional nursing standards.

•  Requirements: RN license, at least 1-year acute care experience, BLS certification within 2 weeks (ACLS preferred).

•  This is a per diem as-needed role with opportunities for flexible shifts.
