Registered Nurse

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our 82-bed Ash Grove Healthcare Facility, including a memory care unit.
•  The RN will build relationships with residents, assess needs, administer medications, and develop care plans as part of the healthcare team.
•  Responsibilities include safe medication administration, resident assessments, and monitoring ADLs in accordance with regulations.
•  The full-time day position involves supervising care duties, facilitating admissions and discharges, and ensuring quality resident care.
•  Requirements include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and a valid RN license.
