Job duties:
Assist in admission/discharge processes Complete accident/incident reports Transcribe physician orders and document resident information Administer medications as ordered Participate in care planning and conferences Maintain rapport with all disciplines Engage in continuing education Must be a licensed RN/LPN in Wisconsin and able to interact tactfully with various stakeholders.
