Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Navigator- Radiology Lung Screening
Job Type: Full-time M-F Daylight Hours (primarily) w/flexible start times (7a-9a)
Department/Unit Summary
The Nurse Navigator will work M-F, Daylight hours primarily, overseeing CT Lung Cancer Screening Programs. You will actively navigate high risk patients to ensure follow up testing and interventions are scheduled. You will provide general nursing support to CT/PET/and MRI departments, including but not limited to Med Drop, IV starts, etc. You will heavily interact with Physician Offices, Patients, and Testing/Treatment Departments and provide occasional presence at community events and presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
Current ACLS Certification
Dysrhythmia Course or obtained within 6 months of hire
One-year of clinical nursing experience within the past 5 years
