Registered Nurse

This RN role involves assessing patients, developing and updating care plans, and providing high-quality nursing care across all ages.

•  Supervises LVN/LPNs, assistants, and clerical staff; may serve as charge nurse.

•  Implements and evaluates care, ensuring safety and documentation accuracy.

•  Educates patients and families; acts as a role model and preceptor.

•  Maintains effective communication, promotes safety, and adheres to policies.

•  Requires BLS, RN license, and 6-12 months experience; preferred BSN.
