Summary: Oversees daily activities of nursing personnel in patient care units, directing clinical staff and coordinating with other departments.
Requirements:
Graduate of a Registered Nursing program; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills. Minimum 2 years clinical patient care experience; 1 year overseeing assigned units. Previous healthcare management experience preferred. RN license in good standing; Basic Life Support certification required. Work Schedule: TBD
