Providing nursing care aligned with state regulations, professional standards, and hospital policies. Assessing patients, developing care plans, and coordinating interventions to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborating with healthcare team members, delegating tasks appropriately, and ensuring patient-focused, age-specific care. Maintaining current NC RN licensure, BLS certification, and adhering to licensing/credentialing requirements.
