Registered Nurse I

Assist in patient assessments, develop and update nursing care plans, and deliver safe, therapeutic care for diverse patient populations.
•  Provide direction to LVNs/LPNs, nursing assistants, and staff, potentially acting as charge nurse.
•  Evaluate patient responses, monitor progress, and revise goals accordingly.
•  Educate patients and families, communicate effectively across care team, and serve as a role model and preceptor.
•  Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and healthcare regulations.
•  Utilize critical thinking and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
•  Maintain accurate documentation, manage medical equipment, and facilitate patient flow.
•  Requires BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS, and 6 months to 1 year of nursing experience.
