Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and quality nursing care for assigned patients. Directs and supervises LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and other staff. May function as charge nurse. Provides care to diverse patient populations, including adolescents, adults, and pediatrics.
Develops and updates nursing care plans. Implements and evaluates patient care. Educates patients and families. Maintains effective communication and documentation. Ensures patient safety and compliance with regulations. Requires a Bachelor s in Nursing, RN license, and BLS certification. Full-time position with TBD schedule.
