Registered Nurse Float I

•  Operates diagnostic imaging equipment and performs specialized imaging procedures according to department policy and professional standards (ARRT, ASRT).
•  Works collaboratively with physicians, positions patients appropriately, and ensures patient comfort and safety.
•  Collects relevant patient information, practices sterile technique, and ensures radiation protection for all.
•  Recognizes emergencies and responds promptly; assists in other areas and shifts as needed.
•  Requires completion of formal radiologic technology training, ARRT registration, Indiana state licensure, and CPR certification.
•  Prefers 2 years' experience in interventional procedures.
•  Must lift up to 50 lbs. (100 lbs. shared), have strong communication and computer skills, multitask, take call, and work independently.
