As an Emergency Room RN at Crozer Health, you willâ€provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care by coordinating patient care, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families. You must respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Your day can vary from assessments, using IV skills, an EKG, or giving meds to utilizing Combative Patient De-escalation tools/skills training.†You will be offered:. Competitive Pay. Following of Five Medication Rights. Performing Patient Care. Responding to Crises, Using De-escalation, Restraints and Patient Seclusion. Documenting Nursing Process. Communicating with the Physician Requirements. CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) or ATCN Certification - preferred. Current PA RN License. ACLS and PALS preferred. 6 months Professional Nursing. Current ED (Emergency Department) or 1 year Med Surg/Tele experience or 2 years recent acute care experience as a Paramedic - required.
