Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

Job DetailsM-F days working in-person in a SNF / LTC facility overseeing qualify and risk management.
What you will be doing:
- Investigate, review, report all accidents and incidents
- Work proactively with staff to reduce future potential accidents
- OSHA reporting and log
- QAPI and Audits
- Policy creation
Skills you need:
- RN license
- Experience working in a skilled nursing / long term care facility is required
- Quality improvement / risk management experience is highly preferred
