Registered Nurse Charge

Position: Registered Nurse Charge
Pay: Up to $58.00/hour
Hours: 7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $3000.00

Requirements:

Graduation from an approved nursing program (diploma or Associate Degree)

1-2 years of professional nursing experience

Current BLS Certification

Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work in a stressful environment

Responsibilities:

Administer nursing programs and supervise staff

Participate in recruitment, training, and policy development

Evaluate staff performance and collaborate with healthcare teams

Ensure security of medications and prepare medical records

Engage in quality improvement activities
