Duties
Provide direct patient care in various settings such as ICU, PICU, and primary care
Conduct utilization management to optimize healthcare resources
Develop and implement discharge plans for patients
Utilize expertise in infectious disease care and behavioral health to support patient well-being
Apply physiology knowledge to assess and address patient conditions effectively

Experience
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience in case management or related field preferred
Strong background in patient care with a focus on critical care areas like ICU or PICU
Familiarity with discharge planning procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
