Registered Nurse 2 PRN

This PRN Registered Nurse 2 position in the NICU requires 1+ year of NICU experience, with a preference for those familiar with Vanderbilt Health.

•  Responsibilities include patient care planning, implementing interventions, evaluating progress, and educating patients and families.

•  Works collaboratively to establish and adapt care plans, utilizing nursing assessments and evidence-based practices to ensure positive outcomes.

•  Supports a safe, compassionate environment, emphasizing continuous improvement, effective communication, and resource management.

•  Qualifications include licensure as a registered nurse, graduate of an approved program, and ability to work night shifts (7PM-7AM). The role promotes professional growth and adheres to safety and quality standards.
