Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, recovery-focused care in a secure hospital environment
- Support individuals with complex mental health and forensic needs
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of clinical care
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, following safeguarding and risk management protocols
Requirements:
- NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD
- Experience in secure mental health, forensic, or secure hospital settings
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Strong communication and risk management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid PMVA training (if training not held, can be provided)
- Valid ILS training (if training not held, can be provided)
- Right to work in the UK, without the need for sp0ns0rship
- Administer medication and monitor patient progress
