About The Role
Firstpoint Healthcare is recruiting for Registered Mental Health Nurses in Sheffield for ad-hoc shifts or long-term vacancies.

Pay Rates: £16 - £32 per hour

Working as an RMN at Firstpoint Healthcare may involve working across various Health Boards in Wales.
You will:
- Provide a person-centred approach to serve and protect the dignity of patients and their care plans
- Lead and delegate medical tasks, including assessments, evaluations of care plans, observations, and record-keeping
- Liaise with doctors and GPs
- Order, administer, store, and dispose of controlled drugs following specific guidelines
Note: There is no requirement to drive, and shifts are tailored to your availability, lifestyle, and location.

We also offer a referral scheme: earn £150 per HCA after they work 80 hours, and £250 per Registered Nurse referred, with an additional £75 paid to the new candidate after 80 hours with Firstpoint.

- At least 12 months registration with the NMC, with no restrictions on practice
- Six months of experience as a nurse
