An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a high-acuity, complex care home specialising in support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and complex needs. Pioneer Talent are delighted to be supporting this organisatrion to seek a manager for this newly renovated, state-of-the-art home is designed as a step-down from hospital settings and prioritises trauma-informed care alongside Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Managing a service designed to support individuals with high risks of self-harm, following a 2:1 staffing model to minimise restrictiveness.

Overseeing care practices in a trauma-informed environment that values advanced training and proactive quality assurance.

Working within a collaborative, supportive, and hands-on team culture.
