Registered Dietitian

Pines Nursing and Rehab is seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our healthcare team. As a Dietitian, you will assess patients' nutritional needs and provide dietary recommendations to improve their health and well-being.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct patient assessments to determine their nutritional needs
- Develop and implement personalized dietary plans for patients
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust dietary plans as needed
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
- Provide guidance on tube feeding for patients who require it
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to determine the cause of nutrition-related health issues

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required
- Knowledge of tube feeding and diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
