Pride Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join a team in Duluth MN. This is a 13 weeks of contract with a possible extension
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a cutting-edge multi-disciplinary healthcare team to promote wellness, maintain health, and intervene in acute or chronic illness using evidence-based practices.
- Assess and provide individualized nutrition care for a diverse adult patient population, including those requiring enteral nutrition and therapeutic diets.
- Manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day, ensuring optimal nutritional support in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement patient-centered nutrition plans based on clinical assessments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Required Credentials & Skills:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registry-Eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) of the American Dietetic Association
- OR: Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS credential)
- MN State Dietitian License required if working more than 90 days
