A leading acute-care hospital located in central Vermont is now searching for an experienced Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer to join their accredited healthcare team.

Under limited supervision, the Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer will accurately perform various echocardiography procedures in an inpatient setting. Primary responsibilities include understanding all aspects of cardiac disease, monitoring laboratory equipment, training and evaluating radiology staff, collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams, helping to educate patients and families, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulatory standards.This is a full-time Monday-Friday day shift position.
What s Needed to Succeed:
- Graduate of an approved school of Ultrasound or Cardiovascular Technology
- Current ARDMS or CCI certification or within one year of hire
- Prior working experience in an acute care setting
