REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST (RDH) Larson Family & Cosmetic Dentistry - Cincinnati, OH

We are located just 20 minutes East of Downtown Cincy, right between Hamilton County & Clermont County, OH.
We believe that our hygienists know our patients & their individual needs best. We will support you while you determine the care you want to provide & the time it takes you to give that care to those patients.
- Prophy/Recare: Adults: 50 minutes
- New Patient Appointments: 60-90 minutes (depending on patient needs)
- Scaling & Root Planning (2 Quads of SRP): 1 hours (90 minutes)

Valid Ohio Dental Hygienist license
Tech-savvy with digital records (including digital x-rays, pano, and photos).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical role in promoting oral health & preventing dental diseases. We are counting on you to help our patients by:
Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments: Reviewing medical histories, taking dental x-rays, and assessing oral health conditions.
Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care: Prophylaxis Cleanings, Scaling & Root Planing, Polishing, treating periodontal diseases, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc.
Patient Education: Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health. Educating patients on proper brushing, flossing, and other home care techniques.
