Requirements:
- Hold a valid Ohio Dental Hygienist license.
- Showcase your tech-savviness with digital records.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills are a must.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical role in promoting oral health and preventing dental diseases. We are counting on you to help our patients by:
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments: Reviewing medical histories, taking dental x-rays, and assessing oral health conditions.
- Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care: Prophylaxis cleanings, scaling & root planing, polishing, treating periodontal diseases, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc.
- Patient Education: Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health. Educating patients on proper brushing, flossing, and other home care techniques.
