Our Cleaveland office is currently seeking a
Registered Client Service Associate to provide comprehensive support to Financial Advisors and senior management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Provide sales and administrative support to clients and Financial Advisors
- Maintain and update client account information, assisting Financial Advisors with specialized projects
- Coordinate, prepare, and assist with client review meetings and new account setups
- Organize and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently
- Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports in a timely manner
- Research, plan, and arrange detailed travel itineraries, compiling all necessary documents for travel and appointments
- Interact with clients both in-person and over the phone, delivering exceptional service
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as required
- Track and follow up on time-sensitive tasks and deliverables
- Answer phones, taking precise and detailed messages
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned
Experience and Skills - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 OR Series 7 and 63 & 65 certifications required
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferred
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient understanding of general office procedures and office equipment
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional appearance and demeanor is essential
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $30.00/hr to $32.92/hr. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
