What You'll Do: As a key member of the client service team, you'll work directly with advisors and clients to ensure smooth and accurate execution of key operational activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in client meetings and helping deliver a high-touch client experience
- Reviewing account preparations and ensuring documentation accuracy
- Executing trades and managing money movement
- Opening, transferring, and maintaining client accounts
- Supporting financial advisors with day-to-day client service and administrative needs

Qualifications: - Active Series 7 and 66, or Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses
- Previous experience in a client service, trading, or operations role within financial services
- Experience working on the Pershing platform, specifically using NetX360 or NetXInvestor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who values collaboration, professionalism, and integrity
- Proficiency with financial systems and Redtail CRM tools a plus
