In Clinic Role

We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy at our MGA Behavior Therapy clinic. In this role, the RBT will use Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Training (NET) to help children achieve individualized goals in functional communication, behavior reduction, and self-help skills. The RBT will work in a structured environment that supports school-readiness, peer interaction, and social skills development.

Job Description

Provide Clinic Based 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing DTT and NET techniques
Facilitate peer play and social skills activities in a structured clinic schedule
Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress
Collaborate with the clinical team and communicate progress to BCBA
Maintain RBT certification by tracking supervision hours and timely renewal as required

Qualifications

High school diploma (relevant degree preferred)
RBT Certification or commitment to become certified as an RBT
Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience with children, ASD, or developmental disorders is preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail/strong data collection skills
