Teamwork Healthcare, a leading and fast-growing Applied Behavior Analysis and Tech Company is looking to hire a Behavior Technician.
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who will work in partnership with a Board - Certified Behavior Analyst is an integral member of our team who will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the home, school, or/and community-based environment.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and use behavior analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors.
- Observe and record behavior and skill acquisition data electronically during sessions.
- Collaborate and communicate with supervisory (BCBA) and staff.
NOTE:
We are offering a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus effective from 03/01/2022. This is a client-facing position. We do not currently offer remote positions. We cannot guarantee a set number of hours to providers looking to relocate.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 1 full year of ABA experience with children with autism
- Experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
- 21 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- RBT Certification
- Availability to work between 2-7 PM (preferred)
