Job Opportunity: Regional Service Manager (HYBRID)

Overview: An established and innovative company in the printing industry is seeking a highly organized and motivated Regional Service Manager. This role will oversee service operations, customer satisfaction, and sales support, focusing on retrofits, digital services, and consumables.

Key Responsibilities


  • Drive sales and manage installations of retrofits, digital services, and consumables.
  • Plan and coordinate field service visits, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Organize machine audits, customer training sessions, and production support.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement service policies and procedures.
  • Plan and oversee daily service operations to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications


  • Strong familiarity with Flexographic printing presses or the Flexographic printing process is preferred.
  • Engineering or technical degree, ideally in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years in Flexographic printing.
  • Must be based able to work in the office 3 days a week.

The salary is $100K-$150K base DOE plus commission.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., without current or future requirements for sponsorship of an employment-based visa status.
