Regional Service Manager - Flexographic Printing

Location: RI/MA/CT Area (Hybrid: 3 Days in Office)





Job Description:

We are seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee service operations, drive sales of retrofits and consumables, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the flexographic printing industry. This role will be responsible for planning and coordinating service activities, resolving customer issues, and managing field service operations efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage regional service operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and drive sales of retrofits, digital services, and consumables.
  • Plan and oversee field service visits, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Conduct machine audits, customer training, and production support to enhance equipment performance.
  • Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution and customer support.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related needs.


Qualifications:


  • Experience with Flexographic printing presses or processes is strongly preferred
  • Engineering or technical degree required

    • Electrical Engineering preferred; Mechanical Engineering also considered

  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant role

    • 10 years preferred, with at least 2 years in flexographic printing

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Must be located in RI/MA/CT area and available to work in-office at least 3 days per week
