Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a sales plan for your territory to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective customers in the wine and food processing industries.
  • Work closely with internal engineers and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide quotes, conduct product presentations, and manage the sales cycle end-to-end.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategy.
  • Use CRM software to manage pipeline and report regularly to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within manufacturing, fabrication, or equipment sales.
  • Familiarity with the wine or food processing industries is a major plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (mostly within California).
