Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute a sales plan for your territory to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective customers in the wine and food processing industries.
Work closely with internal engineers and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Provide quotes, conduct product presentations, and manage the sales cycle end-to-end.
Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategy.
Use CRM software to manage pipeline and report regularly to leadership.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within manufacturing, fabrication, or equipment sales.
Familiarity with the wine or food processing industries is a major plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel regionally (mostly within California).
