Role Description

This is a full-time remote role based in the US for a Regional Sales Rep. The Regional Sales Rep will be responsible for finding potential customers and building relationships with stores across the country. The role involves managing sales and maintaining client relationships through communication and coordination, but not on-site visits. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments are key.

The ideal candidate for this role is a self motivated individual who takes pride in their work and does not need to be micro-managed. This candidate should be someone that wants to advance their career in an international company and get paid on an international scale. Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of cycling products and trends
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Sales experience in the cycling or sporting goods industry is a plus

Salary

  • Earn 15-30% commission on sales.
  • Athlete signing bonuses range from $1,500 USD to $10,000 USD, based on the athlete's caliber.
  • Top performers have earned up to $100,000 USD per month
