POSITION SUMMARY Lead and manage the overall growth and development of sales and profits to meet and/or exceed revenue and profitability goals as defined by the strategic plan and annual budget. Hire, train, develop and lead the AutoForce sales team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed profitability goals as defined by the strategic plan, annual sales budget, and desired levels of market penetration for overall volume, margin, and product line:
- Attract high caliber sales talent by identifying critical skills and competencies necessary to provide best-in-class sales performance and selecting new sales reps according to these criteria
- Develop sales talent by identifying skill gaps, implementing training, development and improvement plans, and actively coaches reps
- Utilize information technology to manage the sales process, capture customer data, and run the business
- Develop and evaluate existing and potential customer base to identify new business and/or lost business
- Grow the business by developing new accounts and growing existing accounts
- Resolve customer complaints regarding services, products or personnel, or provide assistance to staff in the resolution of complaints or problems
- Maintain outstanding levels of customer satisfaction
- Serve as a member of the US AutoForce leadership team

QUALIFICATIONS Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7 or more years of successful consultative sales experience in a business to business environment
- Valid driver's license, with acceptable driving record
- Experience driving a sales pipeline a must
- Demonstrated experience leading a sales team and selling at an executive level
- Proven track record of successful sales contract negotiations
- Experience using coaching and performance management as a core process for driving performance through goal setting, results measurement, individual and team development and talent identification/deployment
- Previous experience in sales management and supervision preferred
- Able to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive and open minded manner and build positive business relationships
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop sales people
- Good listener and strong communicator
- Action oriented, self-motivated
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)
