THE JOB

This position is an excellent fit for an experienced industrial Territory Sales or Project Management professional with a mechanical background, based in Texas. The preferred candidate will have a strong track record of cultivating relationships with owner groups at data centers throughout the state.

The main focus of this role is to specify mechanical solutions for inclusion in large-scale construction projects. Collaboration with facility planning leaders, engineers, and internal teams will be key to ensuring successful project delivery.

To foster client relationships, the company encourages regular social interactions such as happy hours, dinners, and attending sporting events. Engagement with customers will be both in-person and virtual, with approximately 30% overnight travel required.

THE QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial territory sales or mechanical project management
  • Proven success working with top 10 U.S. contracting companies
  • Strong technical proficiency in mechanical systems and/or commercial HVAC
  • Approachable, with excellent skills in client engagement and networking
  • Willingness to travel overnight for client meetings
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Residency in either Dallas or Austin, TX, is essential
