The
Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and territory on products or services. Directly manages third party represenatives in assigned region and responsible for their performance. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
This position is part of the
Sales department at Aria Filtra (formerly Pall Water) and will be remote.
In this role, the main responsibilities will be: - In conjunction with applications engineers, responsible for system sizing, pricing and commissions for all municipal systems.
- Responsible for all Purchase Orders, sales targets, tenders, including with the support of the contracts team, responsible for negotiation of agreement/contract terms and conditions.
- Set clear and ambitious annual sales targets to continually grow orders, bookings and revenue for the Aria Filtra Municipal capital business within assigned region(s) and product lines.
- Accountable for development and achievement in forecasting quarterly, annual & long-term territory, PO and Bid volumes.
- Collaborates with channel management team and sales leadership to develop sales goals into an annual comprehensive territory execution plan for each territory and representative firm.
- Identify any trends or issues that could affect the marketplace, while taking corrective action to achieve orders, bookings & funnel health goals.
- Identify any potential sales opportunities and provide the required information for business cases to be developed.
- Establishes and maintains effective day to day operational relationships with channel partners, agents and engineers within the assigned territory.
- Accountable for expenses, including travel & expense budget for assigned sellers to be within budget.
The essential requirements of the job include: - Post-Secondary education plus sales management experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales plans.
- Minimum 5 year history of growth selling premium-priced products in the municipal capital market
- Demonstrated skill and experience in managing a territory utilizing a CRM including planning, forecasting, managing and implementing sales plans.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant Technical and/or Commercial experience
- Capability to travel within territory for significant portions of each fiscal year (could be in excess of 60% of the time).
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Preference for a strong Engineering Background.
- Experience with UV or disinfection technology preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of managing 3rd party rep networks
- Demonstrated track record of influencing specifications at regional & national engineering firms

US ONLY : The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $105000 - $130000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Commission Pay.
