Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Toledo, OH. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team of distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. This role will involve traveling within the designated region to meet sales targets and support customer needs. This role is an individual contributor role with sales objectives/ goals attached.
Qualifications
• Sales Strategy Development, Sales Management, and Business Development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the cleaning and sanitation industry is a plus
• Basic understanding of CRM tools for managing pipeline
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
